we startwhen you do.

bitti means early. Bring the problem — we'll figure out the format.

the fix might bea brand

01 — what bitti is

A studio for problems that don't fit neatly into a brief.

You talk to the person doing the work. That's the whole model. No account layer, no relay race, no “let me check internally and get back to you.”

The work has to hold up in front of whoever actually meets it — a customer, a visitor, a board, a bored sixteen-year-old with a phone. The craft we bring is there to highlight yours.

02 — where we work from

Gotland is small. The audience isn't.

We work from an island with a small population and, for a few months a year, a much larger audience. That teaches you something early: the people you are talking to rarely all come from the same place.

So we build for the audience rather than the map. Sometimes that audience arrives by ferry in July. Sometimes it is a procurement group from Stockholm, or a customer from Berlin.

And sometimes it is the twelve people inside your own organisation who have to use the thing every day.

Close enough to know the place. Used to audiences who don't.

03 — the promise
  • 01No middlemen.
  • 02No theatre.
  • 03No process for the sake of process.
  • 04No changing you to prove we were here.

Just good thinking, and work that works.

We dot the i's and cross the t's. Or we'll dot the t's and cross the i's, if that's more you. We're not here to change you.

04 — what we do

Organised around problems, not departments.

Pick the sentence that sounds like your Monday morning. We'll take it from there.
